(2) In the case of a fire protection territory, the body or board delegated the responsibilities for overseeing the hiring, promotion, conduct, and discipline of the members of the department by the terms of the interlocal agreement entered into by the participating units of the fire protection territory.As added by P.L.207-2023, SEC.6.
