If the resolution provides for the appropriation of property or rights-of-way, after final action by the board or by the court on appeal, the board shall have prepared a list of all the owners or holders of property and of interests sought to be taken or that will be injuriously affected. The list must also show with reasonable certainty a description of the property to be appropriated or injuriously affected belonging to those persons or owners, and this certainty in names and descriptions need not exceed that required in the assessment of taxes.[Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-2-14-12.]As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.98.
