Within sixty (60) days after land or a right in it is paid for and acquired under this chapter, the board shall file and have recorded in the recorder's office in the county in which the land is located a description of it sufficiently accurate for its identification, together with a statement of the purpose for which it is acquired or taken signed by a majority of the board members.[Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 19-2-14-27.]As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.98.
