No appropriation in any form is necessary, but all funds arising under this chapter are considered appropriated to the respective purposes named in this chapter, and are under the control of the board, which has complete and exclusive authority to expend these funds for these purposes.As added by Acts 1982, P.L.77, SEC.24.
