§ 36-9-3-3-1

If an existing public transportation corporation operates within the boundaries of an authority established under section 2 or 3 of this chapter, the legislative body that established the public transportation corporation may adopt an ordinance to shift any of the powers set forth under IC 36-9-4 to the authority.As added by P.L.235-1997, SEC.5.
