(a) As used in this section, 'waste' includes solid waste and waste disposed of in conjunction with the disposal of solid waste, as well as liquid waste (consisting of sludge from air and water pollution control facilities or water supply treatment facilities) when disposed of in conjunction with the disposal of solid waste.(b) A unit may contract for twenty (20) years or less for the incineration of waste.As added by P.L.353-1985, SEC.1.
