As used in this chapter, 'construction' includes repair, remodeling, renovation, or betterment, but only in instances when:(1) a municipality acquires a sewage works that is in need of repair, remodeling, renovation, or betterment; and(2) before the acquisition of the sewage works, the municipality was not responsible for the maintenance of the sewage works.As added by P.L.1-1994, SEC.184.
