(b) If the resolution is confirmed or modified, the municipal works board shall do the following:(1) Proceed under section 7 of this chapter if the resolution is for sewage works intended only for use by owners of abutting property.(2) Proceed under section 8 of this chapter if the resolution is for sewage works intended to receive sewage from collateral drains.As added by P.L.98-1993, SEC.10.
