§ 4-1-11-7

The notification required by this chapter:(1) may be delayed if a law enforcement agency determines that the notification will impede a criminal investigation; and(2) shall be made after the law enforcement agency determines that it will not compromise the investigation.As added by P.L.91-2005, SEC.2.
