Legal action required to be taken at state offices during the time said offices are closed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter can be taken on the next following day said offices are open pursuant to the provisions of this chapter to the same effect as if this chapter had not become law.Formerly: Acts 1953, c.133, s.2.
