The securing by any individual of any confidential information which such individuals may obtain through the exercise of any right secured under the provisions of this chapter shall not condition the granting or withholding of any right, privilege, or benefit, or be made a condition of employment.As added by Acts 1977, P.L.21, SEC.1.
