§ 4-12-1-11-5

For purposes of any statute that requires budget committee review before an action may be taken by a state agency or other entity, budget committee review is considered to have taken place when the action requiring review has been included on an approved agenda of the budget committee in the part of the agenda concerning review items.As added by P.L.224-2003, SEC.278.
