§ 4-13-1-5-2

Effective 7-1-2025.Sec. 2. Notwithstanding IC 4-13.1-1-4, as used in this chapter, 'state agency':(1) means an authority, a board, a branch, a commission, a committee, a department, a division, or another instrumentality of:(A) the executive, including the administrative; or(B) the legislative;department of state government; and(2) does not include the judicial department of state government.As added by P.L.108-2024, SEC.3.
