§ 4-13-5-1-5-16

The general assembly:(1) finds that governmental bodies need to save energy and reduce operating costs; and(2) authorizes the commission to enter into energy cost savings contracts with qualified providers under this article and IC 4-13.6-8.As added by P.L.23-1997, SEC.1.
