§ 4-13-6-4-12

If an applicant knowingly makes a false statement in an application for qualification or in any other written instrument filed with the board under this chapter or under rules adopted under this chapter, the division may institute appropriate legal proceedings and administrative action against the applicant.As added by P.L.24-1985, SEC.7.
