(b) A copy of the report shall be provided to the following:(1) The governor.(2) The legislative council.(3) The department.(4) The department of correction.A report provided under this subsection to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.As added by P.L.292-2001, SEC.2.
