At least once each year, the department of administration shall distribute to representatives of the news media throughout Indiana a notice stating that information concerning:(1) the notice and bidding procedures for state public works projects and state purchases of supplies and services; and(2) the procedures for qualifying as:(A) a contractor for the design or construction of a state public works project; or(B) a vendor for a state purchase of services or supplies;is available upon request from the department.As added by P.L.28-1983, SEC.5.
