§ 4-13-1-21

The department may impose any of the following sanctions if the department determines that a bidder, offeror, or contractor has knowingly or intentionally provided false information to the department:(1) The bidder or offeror may be declared nonresponsive or nonresponsible.(2) The department may:(A) find the contractor in breach of the contract; and(B) recover all amounts paid under the contract.(3) The department may bar the bidder, offeror, or contractor from doing business with the state for a period not to exceed three (3) years.As added by P.L.29-1993, SEC.1.
