As used in this chapter, 'Internet purchasing site' means an open and interactive electronic environment that is:(1) designed to facilitate the purchase and sale of supplies conducted under IC 5-22;(2) approved and managed by the department; and(3) linked to the computer gateway administered by the office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1.As added by P.L.93-2004, SEC.1.
