§ 4-15-10-5-3

As used in this chapter, 'administrative law judge' means an individual who presides over an administrative proceeding that results in a finding of fact determining the legal rights, duties, or privileges of a party after an opportunity for an evidentiary hearing.As added by P.L.205-2019, SEC.4.
