§ 4-15-2-2-4

As used in this chapter, 'classified employee' means an employee who:(1) has been appointed to a position in the state classified service;(2) has completed the working test period under section 34 of this chapter; and(3) has been certified by the appointing authority for that classification of positions.As added by P.L.229-2011, SEC.56.
