(b) Each elected official of the state is entitled to a housing maintenance allowance of twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) per year in addition to the salary provided under section 1.5 of this chapter.As added by P.L.122-1998, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.1-2010, SEC.4.
