Whenever an appointing authority or a state officer receives a report under section 4(b)(2)(H) of this chapter, the appointing authority or state officer shall report to the commission the action taken in response to the report. The commission may require in the report that the appointing authority or the state officer submit the response required by this section in a reasonable, specified amount of time.As added by P.L.13-1987, SEC.8.
