Notwithstanding another provision of this article, but subject to sections 3 and 4 of this chapter, an agency described in section 1 of this chapter may perform the functions assigned to the department under this article with respect to property the agency holds title to or possesses in the name of, or on behalf of, the state.As added by P.L.267-1999, SEC.3.
