(b) An agency may not purchase more than eighty (80) acres under this section.(c) An agency may construct on the property any of the following to dispose of the sewage:(1) Reservoirs.(2) A drainage system.(3) Any other sewage disposal system sufficient to dispose of the sewage.(d) An agency may proceed under IC 32-24 to acquire property under this section.As added by P.L.7-1993, SEC.7.
