§ 4-20-5-7-8

If the commissioner finds that another agency cannot use the property, the property may be:(1) transferred to a political subdivision under section 10 of this chapter;(2) transferred to a public utility under section 10.5 of this chapter; or(3) sold under sections 11 through 16 of this chapter.As added by P.L.7-1993, SEC.7.
