(b) For proceedings that an ultimate authority determines to be appropriate for mediation, the agency may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter. The rules, to the extent possible, shall not be inconsistent with Rule 2 of the Indiana Supreme Court Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution.As added by P.L.16-1996, SEC.1.
