Matters discussed during mediation are confidential and privileged.(b) The confidentiality requirement of subsection (a) may not be waived by the parties.(c) An objection to the obtaining of testimony or physical evidence from mediation may be made by any party or by the mediator.As added by P.L.16-1996, SEC.1.
