2 to implement a reduction, a full or partial waiver, or an elimination of a fee, fine, or civil penalty included in a rule adopted under IC 4-22-2.(b) An interim rule authorized under this section expires not later than January 1 of the fifth year after the year in which the rule is accepted for filing by the publisher of the Indiana Register.(c) A rule described in this section may be continued:(1) if the agency readopts the rule:(A) without changes in conformity with the procedures in IC 4-22-2.6-3 through IC 4-22-2.6-9; or(B) with or without changes in conformity with the procedures in IC 4-22-2-23 through IC 4-22-2-36; or(2) in another interim rule only if the governor determines under IC 4-22-2-37.2(c) that the policy options available to the agency are so limited that the use of the additional notice, comment, and review procedures in IC 4-22-2-23 through IC 4-22-2-36 would provide no benefit to persons regulated or otherwise affected by the rule.As added by P.L.93-2024, SEC.21.
