§ 4-22-2-6-2

To readopt a rule, an agency may readopt the rule either:(1) without changes in conformity with the procedures in sections 3 through 9 of this chapter; or(2) with or without changes in conformity with the procedures in IC 4-22-2-23 through IC 4-22-2-36 (as modified by IC 13-14-9, when applicable).As added by P.L.249-2023, SEC.45.
