It is the intent of the general assembly that to the extent there is a conflict between the version of IC 4-22-2-37.1 enacted in P.L.229-2011 and an amendment made to IC 4-22-2-37.1 by any other act, the version of IC 4-22-2-37.1 amended by P.L.229-2011 be given effect. The publisher is directed to publish only the version of IC 4-22-2-37.1 enacted in P.L.229-2011 in the Indiana Code.As added by P.L.63-2012, SEC.4.
