However, each agency shall separately draft and adopt a rule that covers the same subject matter.(b) If an agency is authorized to adopt a rule and one (1) or more agencies are required to approve the rule, only the agency that is authorized to adopt the rule is required to comply with this chapter.As added by P.L.31-1985, SEC.7.
