1, 37.2, or 38 of this chapter, the agency that adopted the rule may withdraw it.(b) IC 13-14-9 and sections 23 through 40 of this chapter do not apply to a withdrawal action. However, the withdrawing agency shall distribute a notice of the withdrawal to the publisher for publication in the Indiana Register.(c) The withdrawal of a rule under this section terminates the rulemaking action, and the withdrawn rule may become effective only through another rulemaking action initiated under this chapter.As added by P.L.31-1985, SEC.30.
