L.199-2007 apply only to members of the commission appointed by the governor after December 31, 2008. A member of the commission appointed by the governor under section 3 of this chapter before January 1, 2009, may serve the entire four (4) year term to which the member was appointed, as provided in section 4(b) of this chapter.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.48.
