(2) Encourage and assist:(A) state agencies (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1);(B) units of local government; and(C) private organizations within Indiana;in coordinating, organizing, and participating in activities that commemorate the Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.(3) Work to create a legacy that elevates the contributions of women and men with a connection to Indiana who were instrumental or otherwise played a role in the process of ratifying the Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.(4) Commission the creation of a suitable monument to the people of Indiana active in the women's suffrage movement and the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.As added by P.L.87-2019, SEC.1.
