(b) A member appointed to the commission under section 6(a)(1) of this chapter serves at the pleasure of the governor.(c) If a vacancy occurs on the membership of the commission, the appointing authority shall appoint a successor to complete the remainder of the member's unexpired term.As added by P.L.87-2019, SEC.1.
