(b) A vacancy in the office of chairperson or vice chairperson shall be filled by a member of the commission selected by vote of the remaining members. The term of office of a person chosen under this subsection to fill a vacancy in the office of chairperson or vice chairperson expires at the first meeting of the commission the following year.As added by P.L.247-2003, SEC.1.
