§ 4-23-28-8

For the commission to take action on any measure, including final reports, at least:(1) eleven (11) members must be present at the meeting; and(2) a majority of the members present at the meeting must vote in favor of the action.As added by P.L.247-2003, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.21-2020, SEC.1.
