(b) The appointing authority shall fill a vacancy on the commission by appointing a new member for the unexpired term.(c) The terms of the legislative members are two (2) years in length and expire June 30 of each odd-numbered year.(d) A member of the commission appointed under section 3(11) through 3(13) of this chapter serves a four (4) year term that expires as follows:(1) For a member appointed under section 3(11) of this chapter, December 31, 2025, and every fourth year thereafter.(2) For a member appointed under section 3(12) or 3(13) of this chapter, June 30, 2025, and every fourth year thereafter.As added by P.L.133-2012, SEC.29.
