As used in this chapter:(1) 'board' refers to the Indiana recycling market development board created by this chapter;(2) 'division' refers to the division of pollution prevention established by IC 13-27-2-1; and(3) 'office' refers to the Indiana office of energy development established by IC 4-3-23-3.As added by Acts 1980, P.L.20, SEC.1.
