(b) To qualify for the position of director, a person must:(1) be a graduate of a college or university of recognized standing;(2) have had special training in the technique and organization of library service; and(3) possess such other qualifications as the board, in its discretion, may deem necessary.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.40, SEC.7.
