The state library shall prepare, collect, edit, publish, and distribute such information bulletins, periodicals, statistical compilations, catalogs, or other publications concerning:(1) the Indiana state library or its collections, materials, or services;(2) the organization, administration, and maintenance of libraries; or(3) libraries and librarianship;as may be considered proper.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.40, SEC.7.
