Such institution shall requisition and be reimbursed for such payment by the county from which such inmate was committed, by the filing of a claim in such county with the auditor thereof and said claim shall be allowed by the board of county commissioners thereof in the same manner as other claims are allowed and paid.Formerly: Acts 1947, c.225, s.2.
