Upon completion of the Initial Term, this Compact shall renew for an additional ten (10) year term (a 'Renewal Term') if, at least three hundred sixty-five (365) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, the Band serves written notice on the State requesting that the Compact be renewed for a Renewal Term, unless at least three hundred sixty-five (365) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term, the General Assembly of the State, by concurrent resolution, rejects the renewal of this Compact for the Renewal Term.As added by P.L.171-2021, SEC.1.
