§ 4-29-5-7-1

In the event that either party to this Compact believes that the other party has failed to comply with the requirements of this Compact or has otherwise breached any provision of this Compact, or in the event of any dispute hereunder, including but not limited to a dispute over the proper interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Compact, such party may invoke the dispute resolution procedures set forth in this chapter.As added by P.L.171-2021, SEC.1.
