All state agencies (as defined in IC 4-12-1-2) shall, in addition to complying with all statutory duties applicable to state purchasing, be accountable to the OMB for adherence to policies, procedures, and spending controls established by the OMB and approved by the governor.As added by P.L.246-2005, SEC.38.
