The state shall certify to:(1) the United States Secretary of Labor the establishment and membership of the cabinet before the beginning of each period of two (2) program years for which a job training plan is submitted under this chapter; and(2) any other appropriate United States Secretary charged with administering a particular applicable federal program the establishment and membership of the cabinet.As added by P.L.152-2018, SEC.1.
