(a) The cabinet shall adopt bylaws and rules governing the cabinet's organization and operation, including bylaws and rules governing the establishment of advisory committees considered necessary by the cabinet, scheduling of cabinet meetings, and other activities necessary to implement this chapter.(b) The cabinet's meetings and advisory committee meetings are subject to IC 5-14-1.5 (open door law).As added by P.L.152-2018, SEC.1.
