(b) The judges or the commission may suspend the license of a person who possesses:(1) a drug or chemical that may be used as a stimulant;(2) a hypodermic syringe, hypodermic needle, or other instrument that may be used for injection; or(3) a battery or other electrical or mechanical instrument that may be used to affect the speed or actions of a horse;on the premises of a permit holder.As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.2.
