(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to a reusable licensed supply:(1) constructed, purchased, or otherwise obtained by a qualified organization before January 1, 2009; or(2) borrowed at any time from another qualified organization.(c) A qualified organization may pay for licensed supplies only with a check drawn on or by an electronic funds transfer from the qualified organization's gaming account.As added by P.L.58-2019, SEC.4.
